Governing our daily operations, Shangri-La’s Human Interaction Principles (HIP), are comprised of 5 inter-related principles that define our organization’s culture.
HIP is central to our organizational “heart” and reflects our intention that all human interaction occurs within a culture of dignity, honesty, integrity and self-actualization.
These principles are incorporated throughout our organizational structure and are key guides for consumers, staff, volunteers, board of directors and other stakeholders.
