Shangri-La’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic vision is to focus on creative ways to provide mental health services. We are an innovative clinic that views individuals from a holistic perspective to ensure we are providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally diverse service options to all in need of mental health services.

Individuals wishing to receive outpatient mental health services from Shangri-La can:

Marion County

  • Request a referral from their physician
  • Request a referral from the Mid Valley Behavioral Health Network (503-361-2647)
  • Call Shangri-La directly (503-581-1732, x360) to check eligibility

Lane County

  • Request a referral from their physician
  • Request a referral from the Trillium Community Health Plan (541-485-2155)
  • Call Shangri-La directly (541-344-1121) to check eligibility

Shangri-La’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers mental health services on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. No one is turned away due to their inability to pay.

Shangri-La currently accepts Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan through Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) or Trillium Community Health Plan, and Private Pay.
