He has been a case manager for 15 years in various community nonprofits and county programs that empower children, youth, adults, and families to overcome barriers and thrive.

Alicia has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma and crisis management. Alicia is also a certified trainer for Collaborative Problem Solving.

Karl is a QMHA and skills builder. He has worked previously as a manager of a residential treatment home for individuals with disabilities. Other training includes crisis management, stress management, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skill Training.

Tiffany is a QMHP and recently graduated from her CMHC Program at Bushnell University. She has worked in health care with individuals with disabilities and mental health serving the homeless and post prison populations. Other trainings include de-escalation, motivational interviewing, and the impact of covid-19 on mental health and services.

Amanda comes from an administrative background in EMS, with almost seven years of experience, she is dedicated to serving her team and community. When she isn't behind her desk, she enjoys cooking, thrifting, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Her heart belongs to her five-month-old puppy, Frannie.
