Cynthia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Cynthia has a wide degree of experience using different treatment modalities and working with individuals, couples, and families.
Sandra is licensed with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Bushnell University. She is a certified Crisis Intervention Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Her approach working with clients includes person-centered therapy with a splash of CBT. She also utilizes a variety of other interventions and modalities such as clinical hypnosis, EMDR, and sandtray therapy.
Steve has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. As a previous mountain guide, Steven often brings the outdoor experience to his counseling. For example, sometimes he will walk with clients in the park, through the forest, or along a river as an added measure to manage anxiety and reduce depressive symptoms.
Karl is a QMHA and skills builder. He has worked previously as a manager of a residential treatment home for individuals with disabilities. Other training includes crisis management, stress management, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skill Training.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies, as well as a master's in Public Administration (MPA) from Portland State University. He has been a case manager for 15 years in various community nonprofits and county programs that empower children, youth, adults, and families to overcome barriers and thrive.
