Shangri-La’s Community Employment Services program is a highly supportive conduit between workers with disabilities and employers. We create mutually beneficial work relationships by designing customized jobs and providing ongoing support.

How it Works

1. Skilled employment specialists meet with you to discover your staffing challenges.

2. We examine existing job descriptions and positions.

3. All candidates are pre-screened for talents that match your employment needs.

4. Job coaches learn the job, teach and train the employee, and train and support supervisors and co-workers.

5. On-the-job coaching typically decreases over time, but we remain your partner in supported employment.
