24-Hour Residential Programs
Shangri-La's neighborhood homes are as unique as the individuals who live in them. Whether it's shopping for groceries, celebrating birthdays, doing the laundry, or Friday movie night, we work to involve the individuals we serve in every part of home life based on their abilities and interests.

24-hour residential programs are designed for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who have higher care, support, and supervision needs.

Shangri-La offers 3 and 5-bedroom homes where each individual in the house has their own room. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and yard.

Supported living
Living in neighborhood apartments or family homes, individuals in Shangri-La's Supported Living Program enjoy the opportunity to choose where and with whom they want to live. They receive on-going support, ranging from 20 hours per week to 8 or more hours per day, to help sustain their choices, safety and wellness.
The supported living setting is designed for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who can live independently but still need occasional supports. Support levels are identified through the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process.
