Community Employment Services
Shangri-La's Community Employment Services (CES) Program provides skill development, and employment supports to individuals with a documented intellectual or developmental disability.

Shangri-La's support specialists and job coaches work to maintain positive, safe, and learning-based work environments where individuals can be proud of their work and feel valued as contributing members of their community.

Employment Path Programs
Employment Path Programs provide paid and unpaid training opportunities that help develop career technical and soft skills.

Community Employment Services
The Community Employment Services Program provides career exploration, skill assessments, help with identifying career pathways, supporting in obtaining a job, and ongoing supports to help keep a job.

Eligibility
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, have a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability, and an established Marion County Community Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) or brokerage case manager who can make a referral for services if applicable.
