Janet Yousey
Chief Executive Officer
Janet Yousey leads Shangri-La with a passion for strategic vision and inclusive growth. With extensive experience consulting across for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors, Janet brings deep expertise in strategic planning and organizational transformation. She is committed to blending Shangri-La’s 11 distinct service lines into a unified mission.

Her academic background includes studies in education and fine arts, an MBA, and certification in change management. Janet’s lifelong connection to the disability community has shaped her unwavering dedication to creating a world where every person is valued and celebrated. Janet became Shangri-La's CEO in April 2018.

andre veillet
Director of Finance
Andre Veillet oversees financial operations at Shangri-La, bringing a strong foundation in accounting and a wealth of experience from the manufacturing sector. His expertise has helped streamline processes, refine the Chart of Accounts, and enhance financial statement layouts. Andre holds a degree in Accounting with minors in Psychology and Political Science.

After returning from Japan, Andre saw joining Shangri-La as an opportunity to give back to the community that supported him and his daughter with disabilities through programs and schooling. His work reflects a commitment to both operational excellence and meaningful impact. He has been a member of the executive team since April 2021.​

Jean Mccormick
Director of Human Resources
Jean McCormick brings over 18 years of HR expertise spanning start-ups, manufacturing, and HR/payroll system implementations. She combines strategic vision with practical solutions, focusing on building strong HR foundations and fostering a team culture rooted in equity, collaboration, and support.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. After a career centered on creating shareholder value, she joined Shangri-La in 2023 to make a meaningful difference.​

Ashley Erb
Director of Operations
Ashley Erb has been part of Shangri-La since 2010, starting as a member of the Community Engagement Team and later serving as its director. In July 2025, she stepped into the role of Director of Operations, where she oversees property management, community engagement, and IT.

Ashley holds a degree in Communication Studies from Western Oregon University. Ashley is passionate about creating systems and spaces that enable mission-driven work to thrive and meet the evolving needs of Shangri-La’s communities.

James Lindekugel
Director of Employment
and Day Services
James Lindekugel leads Shangri-La’s employment and day services programs. As a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), James combines expertise in human services with skills in technology management, data analytics, and change management.
Since joining the organization in 2012 and becoming part of the executive team in 2021, James has built and guided teams that deliver job readiness programs, foster employer partnerships, and achieve measurable success in job placements.

Tiffani Olsen
Director of I/DD
Residential Services
With over 25 years of experience at Shangri-La, Tiffani Olsen leads the I/DD Residential Department with a focus on strategic leadership, compliance, financial sustainability, and measurable outcomes.
Starting as a Direct Support Professional in 1997, Tiffani advanced through many different roles, gaining a deep understanding of frontline challenges and program operations. She brings expertise in ODDS regulations, Medicaid requirements, and licensing standards, and is a strong advocate for sustainable funding models and provider representation in policy discussions.

Robin WInkle
Director of Homeless Services
Robin Winkle has been a dedicated member of Shangri-La since 1987, bringing decades of experience across all levels of the organization. In her role, Robin oversees programs that serve the community’s most vulnerable populations. She has secured grants for essential services and housing projects, and developed innovative programs to meet evolving needs.
Robin is committed to creating opportunities and driving positive change. Her work reflects a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in need and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

Bradley Leland
Director of Behavioral Health
Bradley has been an integral part of Shangri-La since 2009, bringing over a decade of experience in mental health residential services. Beginning his career as a Direct Support Professional, he advanced through roles where he provided training and guidance to multiple residential treatment homes. In December 2022, Bradley assumed the role of Behavioral Health Director.

With deep expertise in client needs assessment, Oregon Administrative Rules, and team leadership, Bradley is a passionate advocate for implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Aalicea dominguez
Executive Assistant
Aalicea Dominguez has been part of Shangri-La since 2011, providing administrative support across multiple departments before stepping into her current role as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors. Her broad experience within the organization gives her a unique ability to anticipate needs and ensure seamless operations at every level.
Aalicea holds a Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) from the American Society of Administrative Professionals. Passionate about Shangri-La’s mission, she takes pride in using her skills to help others achieve their potential
