Alicia has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in trauma and crisis management. Alicia is also a certified trainer for Collaborative Problem Solving.

Andee graduated from George Fox University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is particularly interested in understanding how trauma affects the brain and the body. She is also a collector of Breyer model horses.

Kory has his master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. He takes great pride in having a person-centered approach to serving clients. In his spare time, Kory enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, reading books, watching classic films, and chilling with his cats.

Lorilynn earned her degree in counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018. She has experience working with children, adults, couples and families who are struggling with anxiety, relational conflicts, and stress. She enjoys spending time with her family, sketching, and doing art in her free time.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies, as well as a master's in Public Administration (MPA) from Portland State University. He has been a case manager for 15 years in various community nonprofits and county programs that empower children, youth, adults, and families to overcome barriers and thrive.

Jenny has extensive experience working with homeless youth in Salem and Portland. She currently serves as a QMHA and medical assistant at Shangri-La's clinic. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys cooking and genealogy.

Tiffany is a case manager and graduate student. She has worked in health care with individuals with disabilities and mental health serving the homeless and post prison populations. Other trainings include

de-escalation, motivational interviewing,

and the impact of covid-19 on mental health and services.
