Mike has a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies, as well as a master's in Public Administration (MPA) from Portland State University. He has been a case manager for 15 years in various community nonprofits and county programs that empower children, youth, adults, and families to overcome barriers and thrive.

She has experience working with children, adults, couples and families who are struggling with anxiety, relational conflicts, and stress. She enjoys spending time with her family, sketching, and doing art in her free time.

Laura is Case Manager for Lane, Polk and Marion Counties and recently graduated from her CMHC Program at Bushnell University. She has a Master's degree in Education, Bachelor's in Education and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration. Her expertise ranges from community engagement, advocacy to bereavement support. In her spare time, she loves funny puns, cooking and spending time with friends.
Amanda comes from an administrative background in EMS, with almost seven years of experience, she is dedicated to serving her team and community. When she isn't behind her desk, she enjoys cooking, thrifting, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Her heart belongs to her five-month-old puppy, Frannie.

Xan is a graduate student at George Fox School of Counseling and is wanting to combine counseling and mindful body awareness as a certified yoga teacher. Xan has an extensive eclectic background in Theatre Arts, Clowning, Yoga, and caregiving for children and the elderly population. A Northwest native, she finds solace in taking walks, meditation, dance, and cooking.

Glenn graduated from Warner Pacific University with a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Psychology. Glenn specializes in trauma-informed care and is passionate and committed to the continued practice of congruence within their personal and professional identity.
