This event is presented in partnership with our friends at:
Shangri-La’s Accessible Spring Festival, held the Saturday before Easter (3/30/2024), is a drive-thru, activity-based experience for individuals with disabilities of all ages.
An alternative to the traditional egg hunt experience, attendees participate in spring-themed activities and games through their vehicle’s window.

Who can attend? Admission?
The Accessible Spring Festival is for individuals with disabilities of all ages and their immediate family members (12 years of age and younger). The event is free. A $5 suggested donation per car is encouraged. Activities and prizes are geared towards a youth audience.
When? Where?
The event is located at Shangri-La's Salem Office (4080 Reed Road SE #150). Event entrance is on Fairview Industrial Drive not on Reed Road SE. Watch for directional signs.
Registration Closes: March 29, 2023 at 12 p.m. (or until registration is full)
Only 150 registration spots available.
Arrival Times:
10:00-10:30 a.m. - 50 cars
11:00-11:30 a.m. - 50 cars
12:00-12:30 p.m. - 50 cars
To keep the event flowing properly, you need to arrive during your start time window. If you do not, you may not be able to attend the event. Actual time at event will vary based on pace.

The Accessible Spring Festival is a drive-thru format.
*Individuals will participate in activities through the window on their vehicle.*
Please keep this in mind as those in the back seat of vans with no roll down window will have a hard time participating in activities.

In-kind needs: Game prizes, bunny giveaways, pop-up tents, inflatable/large scale spring yard decor, Easter/spring window clings, costumed character booking.
