Services are offered in office or community settings and through telemedicine. We also offer evening appointments upon request for specific needs.

Shangri-La's administrative offices require approved entry. During business hours, the receptionist will unlock the door for you. Follow the posted instructions.

Individuals wishing to receive outpatient mental health services from Shangri-La can:

Individuals wishing to receive outpatient mental health services from Shangri-La can:

Payment options
Shangri-La’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers mental health services on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. No one is turned away due to their inability to pay.
Shangri-La currently accepts Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan through Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH), Trillium Community Health Plan, PacificSource, and Private Pay.
